We have manufactured complex two-colour insert lenses, colour sensitive interior parts and components that call for tight tolerances.
We also provide services such as pad printing, insert molding and light assembly. Our engineering and project management department can assist with or develop creative solutions to complex molding challenges.

Presently our major customer base is comprised of leading Tier 1 manufacturers of Automotive interior, seating, fuel tank, brake, transmission housing, gas pedal and back lit laser etched components.

Consumer products include window and door components, down spouts and water run offs for the construction industry, skate guards, totes, plastic globes, knife handles and carry-alls.

A key to our significant growth and success has been effective Program Management. This has been achieved by having experienced personnel in mold design and plastics, and by forming a constant dialog with our customers. A close relationship with our suppliers ensures that programs and products are delivered on time, every time.


At Hawk Plastics we employ a full time Metrologist, offering complete CMM capabilities, with quick turnaround times and accurate layouts. We have an optical comparator (shadow graph), as well as the ability to match colours using a Spectrophotometer and a Mac Beth Light Booth.

For molding contamination sensitive products Plant Two is set up with a “Clean Room”. With its own air supply, this room is self-contained and supports two electric presses – 55T and 110T.

By encompassing state of the art presses with diverse capabilities, we can run many different programs on tight delivery schedules. Our presses are fully automated and computer controlled, which allow us to process to exacting parameters. Extensive use of robots and automation are utilized in most work cells. Auxillary equipment includes dedicated dryers and grinders for a full closed loop.
