We have manufactured complex two-colour insert lenses, colour sensitive interior parts and components that call for tight tolerances.
We also provide services such as pad printing, insert molding and light assembly. Our engineering and project management department can assist with or develop creative solutions to complex molding challenges.

This has been achieved by having experienced personnel in mold design and plastics, and by forming a constant dialog with our customers. A close relationship with our suppliers ensures that programs and products are delivered on time, every time.
Hawk Plastics has the capability to complete CMM layouts inhouse with quick turnaround times and accurate layouts. We have an optical comparator (shadow graph), as well as the ability to match colours using a Spectrophotometer and a Mac Beth Light Booth.

By encompassing state of the art presses with diverse capabilities, we can run many different programs on tight delivery schedules. Our presses are fully automated and computer controlled, which allow us to process to exact parameters. Extensive use of robots and automation are utilized in most work cells. Auxillary equipment includes dedicated dryers and grinders for a full closed loop system.
